After a long day of traveling, Nicole met me at the airport in Osaka, and took me by boat, by train and by foot to our hotel in Kobe. We had dinner at Royal Host, which looks like the Japanese Denny's.
Nicole's been stationed out of Kobe thus far on her trip, so I expect good things from our three days here.
Today is Halloween. Yesterday we saw a lot of Jack-O-Lantern action in storefronts, but we will be on the lookout for some madness tonight.
I haven't really done anything yet so there's not much for me to write about, but take a look at some of Nicole's adventures from the last six weeks.
